Plans & Billing

We offer monthly and annual plans. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Fees are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Engage in any unlawful purpose or violate applicable regulations
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative products from our platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, impersonate, or cause harm to other users or third parties
• Use digital iGents to spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts

All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and software associated with iGentico are the exclusive property of iGentico or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without our written permission.

Content you create using our platform remains yours. By using our Services, you grant iGentico a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.

Any non-public information shared with iGentico in connection with enterprise deployments will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by applicable law.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of our Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGentico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to iGentico in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iGentico, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
